Amanda Marshall is a heart-led educator, international speaker, and youth advocate who believes that every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, and unstoppable. As a former classroom teacher, Amanda has worked across Australia and the Solomon Islands, creating safe, inclusive spaces where learning goes far beyond the textbook.
Amanda’s passion lies in what happens between the lessons, in the quiet moments when young people find their voice, take a risk, or realise they are more powerful than they thought. With over seven years of experience in Indigenous education, she has built a deep understanding of cultural identity, social equity, and community-driven leadership.
Amanda is the Co-Founder of the Youth Engagement Project, an initiative transforming how schools and communities engage with young people. Her programs are designed to spark courage, self-awareness and real-world readiness. She speaks regularly at national and international events, where her warmth, authenticity, and practical wisdom leave lasting impact on students, educators, and youth professionals alike.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Business Administration, uniquely combining frontline teaching with strategic leadership. She has facilitated hundreds of youth workshops, led community immersion programs, and mentored emerging leaders across diverse contexts. Whether guiding a leadership circle or dancing it out at a school camp, Amanda brings energy, empathy, and excellence to everything she does.
Now based in Melbourne (still adjusting to the cold), Amanda lives for Thai food, deep convos, and cheering on young people as they build lives of purpose and impact.
